💼 About This Role

You'll be cross-trained to support the full plant life cycle from clone to harvest at a leading cannabis provider. You'll help grow premium cannabis while maintaining top-quality standards. This hands-on role offers training across every aspect of the garden.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform daily plant care tasks like cutting, rooting, transplanting, watering, feeding, trimming, staking, and pruning.
• Monitor humidity, moisture, and temperature to maintain ideal growing conditions.
• Inspect plants for leaf health, bloom size, pests, or disease and remove substandard plants.
• Assist with harvest by cutting, trimming, weighing products, and recording inventory.

📋 Requirements

• Green thumb and passion for working with plants with experience harvesting in professional or home settings.
• Ability to stand, sit, and walk for extended periods (8-10 hours per shift).
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.

• Hands-on experience in landscaping, horticulture, or agriculture.
