You'll lead the fabrication of high-precision aerospace components in a machine shop, bridging engineering designs to physical hardware. You'll master both manual and CNC machining of exotic materials while ensuring flight-grade quality. This role offers the chance to work on cutting-edge aerospace projects.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform high-complexity setups and operations on manual mills and lathes
• Interpret complex engineering drawings and apply GD&T principles
• Develop and optimize toolpaths using Mastercam
• Design and fabricate custom work-holding solutions

📋 Requirements

• 15+ years of professional machining experience in aerospace or defense
• Advanced proficiency in GD&T per ASME Y14.5
• Expert-level mastery of Mastercam or Fusion360
• Extensive experience with manual machining and CNC 3-axis milling

• Experience with SolidWorks or similar CAD software
• Experience with 4th and 5th axis CNC milling
