💼 About This Role

You'll lead the firm-wide AML program at Interactive Brokers, ensuring compliance with the Bank Secrecy Act and USA PATRIOT Act. Your core impact will be managing a team of ~200 while guiding surveillance report design and regulatory response. This role offers the chance to shape AML strategy at a top-tier global brokerage.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee firm-wide AML compliance and serve as regulatory contact
• Manage a team of approximately 200 AML personnel
• Maintain and update AML policies and procedures
• Guide developers in designing exception-based surveillance reports
• Partner with legal to respond to regulatory inquiries

📋 Requirements

• 7–10+ years of AML compliance experience at a broker-dealer
• Experience managing AML teams
• Strong understanding of FINRA, SEC, CFTC, and FinCEN regulations
• CAMS certification or equivalent
