You'll lead a team of embedded analysts across Rightway's pharmacy benefit management organization, partnering with business leaders to deliver impactful reporting and actionable insights. You'll drive metric standardization and scalable data products that power operational excellence and client success.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage a team of analysts with coaching and performance feedback
• Own project oversight ensuring alignment to highest-value workstreams
• Define and guide development of scalable data products and metrics
• Partner with leadership on quarterly business reviews and client deliverables

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years managing analytics teams
• 6-8 years in quantitative analytics with pharmacy benefits experience
• Proficient in SQL, data modeling, and modern data stacks (dbt, Redshift, Snowflake)
• Proficient in BI tools (Tableau, Looker, Metabase)

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with Python, Pandas, Jupyter, or Hex
• Hands-on AWS experience
• Experience with Airflow or Dagster
