💼 About This Role

You'll join the Innovation Department to capture and structure institutional knowledge for AI-enabled systems. You'll extract insights from experts and convert them into high-quality inputs for proprietary AI models, and support internal and external narrative content on the firm's AI tools.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Capture and document institutional knowledge from subject matter experts
• Transcribe and synthesize notes from key management and strategy meetings
• Work with engineering teams to train, test, and refine AI models
• Draft case studies and narratives on the firm's AI strategy

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, English, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in writing, content development, or marketing
• Exceptional writing and synthesis skills for complex ideas
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

✨ Nice to Have

• Prior experience in financial services or investment management
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts or knowledge management systems
• Experience with transcription or qualitative data synthesis
