💼 About This Role

You'll join the Core Analytics team within Risk Analytics to build scalable data infrastructure and streamline workflows. You'll own end-to-end analytics, from defining success metrics to building data models, and drive improvements across the developer lifecycle. This role combines data and engineering to turn system reliability into actionable signals.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end analytics workflows and build scalable data models
• Identify and drive improvements across the developer lifecycle
• Build and maintain high-quality analytics foundations
• Support efforts to organize key business metrics

📋 Requirements

• 1-3 years in an analytically-driven role
• Strong working knowledge of SQL
• Knowledge of analytics development tools like Git, Sigma, DBT, Snowflake
• Bachelor's or Master's in a quantitative field (statistics, math, finance, economics)

• Knowledge of A/B testing
• Previous experience as Analytics Engineer, BI, or Data Analyst
