Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher
• 8+ years of experience in procurement, inventory, or settlement operations
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, dashboards)
• Experience deriving insights from data analysis
• Strong communication skills with internal teams and partners

Responsibilities

• Place orders and settle payments for consumables and equipment
• Manage procurement of worker support items
• Handle maintenance service and waste disposal cost settlement
• Manage inventory data based on delivery volume to improve efficiency
• Build dashboards and conduct data-driven budget management
