You'll support the quality management team in daily operations and own the documentation for the hypercare phase. You'll help create QM reports and prepare analyses and presentations. This role offers hands-on experience in a fast-growing FinTech with a mentorship program.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Take over recurring QM tasks independently
• Maintain and structure hypercare documentation
• Support creation of QM reports and KPIs
• Prepare analyses and presentations for decisions

📋 Requirements

• Enrolled in Economics, Business Administration, or similar
• Good skills in PowerPoint and Excel
• Independent and careful working style
• Very good German and good English skills
