You'll design and develop RF modules and reactors for ASM's semiconductor equipment, solving complex technical issues to ensure stable plasma performance in extreme conditions. You'll collaborate on cutting-edge projects driving technologies like 5G and AI.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop RF modules and reactors for ASM products
• Troubleshoot RF generators and matching networks
• Characterize plasma and resolve Plasma/RF issues
• Code FPGA chips to optimize plasma performance

📋 Requirements

• Master's or PhD in Electronics or Physics
• 3+ years' experience in RF plasma field
• Expertise in design and debug of complex RF systems
• Knowledge of CE, NEC, IEC, NFPA, VDE, SEMI S2-95 standards

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with plasma deposition products (CVD, ALD, EPI, PECVD, PEALD)
• Experience with OrCAD or Altium schematic capture
