You'll support store leadership in delivering a top-notch customer experience for music and pop culture fans at Hot Topic. Your impact includes training new team members using your fandom knowledge and assisting with daily operations to meet sales targets. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience and drive add-on sales
• Open and close the store as needed
• Process sales transactions and manage cash register
• Assist with planogram changes and merchandising

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Ability to stand and move for extended periods
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds

• Experience with BOPIS and curbside pickup
• Knowledge of KPIs like UPT and ADT
