You'll join the global team ensuring operational continuity for payments in emerging markets. You'll resolve incidents end-to-end, working directly with processors and partners. This hybrid role offers hands-on impact and cross-functional collaboration with 1000+ teammates and 30+ nationalities.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Triage, own, and resolve operational incidents end-to-end.
• Engage directly with processors and partners to manage operations.
• Provide hands-on merchant support and go-live readiness.
• Perform root-cause analysis and document incidents in Jira.

📋 Requirements

• 2-4+ years in payments/fintech operations or incident management.
• Familiarity with payment ecosystem (processors, acquirers, APMs, card schemes).
• Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Additional languages besides English.
• Experience with Excel/Sheets and ticketing tools like Jira.
