You'll drive complex technical initiatives across our engineering organization, collaborating with R&D leadership to deliver new products and features. You'll be the central source of truth for project execution while managing stakeholder relationships across the company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Work with R&D leadership to ensure projects meet deadlines
• Drive new products and features through the development process
• Develop project requirements working backwards from target outcomes
• Organize customer requests and collaborate with team leads

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years experience driving technical projects
• Ability to balance multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment
• Leadership experience with curiosity, compassion, and empathy
• Ability to engage in technical discussions and learn technical concepts

• Prior startup experience
• Computer Science background or technical orientation
• Technical program management experience
