🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee end-to-end payroll operations and compliance for the Americas.
• Serve as technical payroll regulatory expert for tax and statutory reporting.
• Design and implement foundational payroll processes and infrastructure.
• Lead payroll system configuration, integration, and automation initiatives.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive payroll experience with 5+ years in leadership.
• Deep technical expertise in U.S. payroll regulations and tax compliance.
• Hands-on experience with payroll and HR system configuration.
• Proven track record of automation initiatives (RPA, AI/ML, Power Automate).

✨ Nice to Have

• Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) certification.
• Experience with Canadian and South American payroll regulations.
• Lean Six Sigma or equivalent process improvement certification.
