You'll join the Ashby Engineering team working on core product features. Your contributions will directly impact how companies manage their hiring process. This is an opportunity to build software that powers thousands of recruiters daily.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain core features for the Ashby platform
• Collaborate with product and design on user-facing functionality
• Write clean, scalable code and participate in code reviews
• Debug and resolve production issues across the stack

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years of professional software engineering experience
• Proficiency in TypeScript or JavaScript
• Experience with React or similar frontend frameworks
• Experience building and maintaining RESTful APIs

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with PostgreSQL or similar relational databases
• Familiarity with GraphQL
• Prior experience in a startup environment
