🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead store operations including sales, rentals, and services
• Monitor performance metrics and develop action plans
• Recruit, train, and develop a team of Gearheads
• Manage inventory, shrink, and assortment strategy

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of retail leadership experience
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, POS systems, and scheduling tools

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in outdoor retail
• Passion for ski, snowboard, and bike gear

• Workweeks expected 46-48 hours
