Description

You will manage a group of clinicians, facilitate training and group treatment, maintain a caseload, and ensure compliance with best practices and regulations. You'll help expand access to life-saving behavioral healthcare for those with complex needs.

Requirements

• Independently licensed mental health counselor
• Authorized to work in the US, native or bilingual English proficiency
• Experience with children, teens, young adults, and adults
• Leadership experience in clinical setting (inpatient, outpatient, IOP, PHP)
• Familiarity with cloud-based communication software (Gmail, Slack, Zoom, Dropbox) and EMR

Responsibilities

• Assist Clinical Director in developing clinical schedule and curriculum
• Ensure clinical services align with recognized best practices
• Manage crisis and on-call responsibilities during IOP delivery
• Maintain caseload and facilitate at least 15 hours of group treatment weekly
• Provide clinical supervision per regulatory and accreditation standards
