You'll combine hands-on sales execution with leadership to pioneer space services in the Indo-Pacific region. You'll drive the zero-to-one challenge of building a cislunar economy, validating demand and shaping customer needs. This role places you at the center of a truly frontier market.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Own regional sales pipeline from qualification to closure.
- Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with space policies.
- Lead proposal development including RFP responses and contract negotiations.
- Oversee program delivery ensuring milestone achievement and client communication.
📋 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field.
- 2+ years business development or sales experience in space industry.
- 3+ years team management experience from any industry.
- Proven success managing deals over $5M and one-year cycles.

- Understanding of satellite systems or cislunar infrastructure.
- Business-level proficiency in Japanese.
- Experience with CRM platforms or proposal software.
