Description

You will lead a 24/7 security team monitoring CCTV, access control, and alarms for Carvana sites nationwide. Supervise team members, coach them on incident analysis and response, and ensure compliance with procedures and service levels. Oversee daily operations, provide feedback, and escalate high-risk issues to senior management.

Requirements

• 3+ years security operations or call center experience
• 1+ years supervisory/management experience
• Ability to work flexible hours and shifts
• Demonstrated ability to coach team members for consistent customer service
• Experience working in rapid growth environment with tight deadlines

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day activities of assigned security team
