Description

You will work on Rubrik's Identity Protection team, developing and scaling backup and restore solutions for Active Directory and Okta. You'll engage with customers, debug issues, and implement scalable backend services, while mentoring other engineers and driving strategic technical decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science or related field
• Over 6 years of industry experience
• Proficiency in Go, Java, C/C++, Scala, or Python
• Experience with AWS or Azure
• Experience architecting large-scale distributed systems

Responsibilities

• Develop backend services for data protection solutions
• Take end-to-end ownership of technical solutions ensuring scalability
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks
• Provide technical mentorship and guidance to team members
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and customers
