💼 About This Role

You'll lead development of cutting-edge AI models including LLM fine-tuning and RAG pipelines for construction industry transformation. You will drive projects from ideation to deployment while mentoring junior team members.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Research and develop AI models from classifiers to fine-tuned LLMs
• Design, implement, and deploy AI-based solutions for business problems
• Optimize model performance and efficiency of existing systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for AI implementation

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience building ML and data science solutions
• Hands-on LLM experience including fine-tuning, RAG, and agentic flows
• Strong understanding of transformers and foundational models
• Experience with Python and ML libraries (numpy, pandas, sklearn, PyTorch, etc.)

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with scalable AI pipelines for unstructured data extraction
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization
• Track record of publications in top-tier conferences or Kaggle competitions
