You'll own targets, execute strategies, and manage Account Managers to increase efficiency and build stakeholder connections. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Own commercial success for secondary schools in Nottingham.
• Set targets, execute strategies, and build relationships with school leaders.
• Line manage Account Managers and collaborate with team leaders.
• Build senior strategic relationships with Trust CEOs and school leaders.

📋 Requirements

• Management experience of at least one year with direct line management of over two people.
• Understanding of school pain points and passion for solving them.
• Commercial leadership or school leadership experience with demonstrated success.
• History of rapid career growth and excitement for further opportunities.
