📋 Requirements

• 3+ years experience in sales coaching or high-performing sales role
• Experience designing and executing training programs that improved sales performance
• Proven track record of helping reps hit quota through coaching
• Comfortable using LMS platforms and sales tech stacks

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with e-learning tools and video modules
• Ability to lead live role plays and peer learning
