- Establish and track KPIs for utilization and delivery effectiveness

- Resource management or workforce planning experience in consulting or services
- Strong understanding of utilization and capacity planning models
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities under pressure
- Experience with Agile or fast-paced delivery environments
