You'll serve as a first point of contact for plan sponsors, managing inbound emails and calls to resolve issues. Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure client satisfaction and provide data-driven insights to improve the platform. 🎯 What You'll Do

  • Assist advisors and sponsors with servicing and administration issues.
  • Manage client expectations regarding process and timing standards.
  • Resolve one-touch tickets at initial contact using online tools.
  • Participate in scheduled client conference calls to provide plan status.

  • Team mentality and ability to multitask in a high-volume environment.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills for timely communications.
  • Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets, Word/Google Docs, and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Willingness to work 9am ET to 6pm ET.

✨ Nice to Have

  • Retirement industry experience.
  • Series 6, 7, 63, 65, or 66 licenses.
  • QKA or QKC certifications.
