You'll serve as a first point of contact for plan sponsors, managing inbound emails and calls to resolve issues. Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure client satisfaction and provide data-driven insights to improve the platform. π― What You'll Do
- Assist advisors and sponsors with servicing and administration issues.
- Manage client expectations regarding process and timing standards.
- Resolve one-touch tickets at initial contact using online tools.
- Participate in scheduled client conference calls to provide plan status.
π Requirements
- Team mentality and ability to multitask in a high-volume environment.
- Strong time management and organizational skills for timely communications.
- Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets, Word/Google Docs, and Adobe Acrobat.
- Willingness to work 9am ET to 6pm ET.
β¨ Nice to Have
- Retirement industry experience.
- Series 6, 7, 63, 65, or 66 licenses.
- QKA or QKC certifications.
