You'll ensure a safe and enjoyable event experience for concert goers as part of the guest services team at the Masonic Temple. Your core impact is screening guests, scanning tickets, and monitoring conduct to enforce venue policies.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Check IDs and wristband patrons over 21
• Scan tickets and check credentials for restricted areas
• Monitor guest conduct and alcohol consumption
• Assist in emergency evacuations and direct guests

📋 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalency
• Ability to stand, walk, and climb stairs for long periods
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to lift 50 lbs without assistance

• Previous experience in events or music industry
• Knowledge of de-escalation techniques
