🎯 What You'll Do

• Drive technical strategy and roadmap for adaptive telemetry
• Lead end-to-end delivery of large, cross-functional projects
• Own architecture, reliability, performance, and cost for critical systems
• Define SLOs/SLIs and lead incident response

📋 Requirements

• Proven delivery of large distributed systems spanning multiple teams
• Strong systems-design instincts around latency, consistency, and scaling
• Hands-on cloud and platform experience with Kubernetes and IaC
• Excellent coding and design skills in Go, Python, C/C++, or Rust
