💼 About This Role

You'll join Array Behavioral Care, the nation's leading virtual psychiatry practice, to support providers in obtaining and maintaining their licenses. You'll ensure accurate, timely processing of license applications across multiple states. This fully remote role offers the chance to impact mental health care access through telepsychiatry solutions.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform provider state licensing for initial and renewal medical licenses
• Research state requirements to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Notify and assist providers in renewing expiring licenses
• Monitor applications to ensure licenses are not delayed

📋 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 2-3 years' experience with provider licensure or credentialing
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 programs

• Multi-state licensing experience preferred
