Description

In this role, you will handle troubleshooting, equipment servicing, and preventive maintenance for standard laboratory instrumentation and low-complexity robotics. You'll follow SOPs, document service tickets, and collaborate with Equipment Technicians to maintain tools and workspace organization. This position offers the opportunity to grow your skills in laboratory automation and contribute to Natera's mission of advancing personalized genetic testing.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field
• 0–2 years of experience in Service Engineering or regulated laboratory settings
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow protocols
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot basic equipment issues and perform servicing and preventive maintenance
• Follow SOPs and complete task-based assignments
• Document service tickets with appropriate detail adhering to Good Documentation Practices
• Collaborate with Equipment Technicians to maintain tools and spare parts
• Adhere to lab safety protocols and regulatory requirements
