Description

You will own the migration and onboarding product strategy for Asana for Service, helping organizations move off legacy tools like ServiceNow. You'll define strategy, ship experiences for ticket and knowledge base migration, and contribute to the AI-native vision. This role is high-impact with end-to-end ownership in a hybrid Warsaw office.

Requirements

  • 6-8+ years of PM experience in B2B SaaS
  • Strategic independence and ability to operate in ambiguity
  • Technical fluency with data models, APIs, and migration pipelines
  • Customer obsession and ability to synthesize qual/quant signals
  • Exceptional communicator with crisp async writing

Responsibilities

  • Own migration and onboarding product strategy
  • Build connectors and data plumbing for agentic workflows
  • Step into other workstreams as needed across the Service team
  • Partner with Engineering, Design, UXR, CS, and PMM
  • Develop tools for migrating ticket history and KB content
