Requirements

• Proven experience in software engineering management (experience with Windows platforms engineering is an advantage)
• Exceptional leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to motivate and inspire teams

• Business-oriented mindset with the ability to balance technical considerations with strategic business objectives
• Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred
