Description
You'll be the first and last point of contact for patients in our dispensary, helping them find the right cannabis products and methods for their needs. Your role combines education, customer service, and operational tasks to ensure a safe and compliant retail experience.
Requirements
- At least one year of customer service experience, preferably in specialty retail
- Must be 21 years or older
- Valid driver's license or state ID
- Pass all required background checks including cannabis-specific requirements
- Ability to work varying shifts including mornings, days, nights, and weekends
Responsibilities
- Engage with and assist patients in a customer-facing retail environment
- Educate patients on cannabis products, methods of consumption, and safety
- Use product knowledge to recommend suitable regimens for each patient
- Maintain product knowledge and assist in verifying order deliveries
- Support management to ensure smooth and compliant store operations
