🎯 What You'll Do

• Interview, onboard, and train a team of Customer Advocates
• Provide feedback, performance check-ins, and set goals
• Generate and monitor regular reports for upper management
• Jump in to wash cars or deliver cars as needed

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years work experience in a customer-facing team environment
• 3+ years of management experience
• Proven history of developing and coaching employees
• Ability to work on weekends

• Experience with Salesforce or Tableau
• Experience handling logistics
