💼 About This Role

You'll be the first dedicated recruiter at Voltrac, scaling an autonomous electric tractor startup from a core team to a company shipping into the field. You'll partner directly with founders to define roles, source, run structured interviews, and close exceptional candidates. This is a hands-on builder role where you'll turn hiring from heroics into a repeatable system and ensure a fast, respectful candidate experience.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end recruiting: sourcing, screening, interviews, offers and closing.
• Build a multi-channel sourcing system using outbound search, referrals, communities, events and partnerships.
• Keep pipeline and hiring data clean; report weekly on metrics like time-to-hire and conversion rates.
• Coordinate relocation and candidate logistics for a fast, respectful experience.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years experience recruiting for technical roles (engineering, hardware, robotics, industrial, automotive or similar).
• Strong sourcing capability to find and engage high-performing passive candidates.
• Demonstrated ability to run structured interview processes and close candidates in competitive markets.
• Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken).

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience building hiring processes for a company scaling from <10 to 30+ people.
• Experience with international hiring, relocation and EU/Spanish employment practices.
• Hands-on familiarity with ATS/CRM tooling.
