💼 About This Role

You'll join an Agile product development process and work with cross-functional teams to design, build, and roll-out products for the Cyara Automated Customer Experience (CX) Assurance Platform. You'll own design-driven projects that elevate product usability and visual design, ensuring designs meet the latest accessibility standards. Champion the value of great UX within Cyara and apply a user-centered approach to strategic decisions.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Create wireframes, user stories, mock-ups, and usability requirements.
• Validate design solutions through user testing and research insights.
• Present designs to cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Partner with product managers and developers to translate business goals into user-centered designs.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of industry experience in UX/UI design.
• Proficiency with Figma or Adobe XD and UX/UI fundamentals.
• Experience creating wireframes, mock-ups, and interactive prototypes.
• Working knowledge of CSS, HTML, and JavaScript.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Storybook.
• Experience with B2B products.
• Experience contributing to a front-end design system or style guide.
