Description

You will lead a team of 5 Account Managers to drive subscription-based ARR growth with existing clients. You'll collaborate with sales leaders to refine expansion and retention processes, ensure accurate forecasting, and build pipeline through customer contact and cross-team collaboration.

Requirements

  • 3+ years managing an expansion sales team in high-growth B2B SaaS
  • Experience driving deals in the $10-100k ACV range
  • Experience with SMB and MidMarket companies
  • Customer-centric problem solver with data-driven forecasting skills
  • Clear, influential communicator; resilient and adaptive leader

Responsibilities

  • Coach, mentor, and manage a team of 5 Account Managers toward maximizing subscription-based ARR
  • Work with sales leaders to define and execute optimal sales for client expansion and retention
  • Ensure accurate and timely team forecasting
  • Build pipeline through customer contact and collaboration with Marketing and Channel teams
  • Manage all aspects of sales cycle and support team in resolving operational issues
