Description
You will lead a team of 5 Account Managers to drive subscription-based ARR growth with existing clients. You'll collaborate with sales leaders to refine expansion and retention processes, ensure accurate forecasting, and build pipeline through customer contact and cross-team collaboration.
Requirements
- 3+ years managing an expansion sales team in high-growth B2B SaaS
- Experience driving deals in the $10-100k ACV range
- Experience with SMB and MidMarket companies
- Customer-centric problem solver with data-driven forecasting skills
- Clear, influential communicator; resilient and adaptive leader
Responsibilities
- Coach, mentor, and manage a team of 5 Account Managers toward maximizing subscription-based ARR
- Work with sales leaders to define and execute optimal sales for client expansion and retention
- Ensure accurate and timely team forecasting
- Build pipeline through customer contact and collaboration with Marketing and Channel teams
- Manage all aspects of sales cycle and support team in resolving operational issues
