You'll lead the EMEA partner ecosystem strategy for Diligent's GRC SaaS platform, building scalable co-sell models with GSIs and consulting partners. Your work will directly drive measurable partner-sourced revenue growth and team performance across the region. This role combines strategic ownership with hands-on execution in a high-growth environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and execute the EMEA partnerships and alliances strategy
• Design and scale a structured co-sell model with strategic partners
• Lead and performance-manage a team of partner professionals
• Build and expand the partner ecosystem, prioritizing high-value alliances

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years in partnerships, alliances, or channel leadership in SaaS/enterprise software
• Proven experience building and scaling alliances ecosystems across EMEA
• Demonstrated success developing and executing co-sell models with strategic partners
• Strong leadership experience managing distributed teams

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in GRC, cybersecurity, or risk/compliance markets
• Strong cross-functional and matrixed organization experience
• Fluent European languages in addition to English
