Description

You will define and drive the strategy, roadmap, and execution for core platform services at Invoca, accelerating their modernization from a monolith to a service-oriented architecture. Your work will directly improve engineering velocity, reduce technical debt, and align platform investments with business outcomes.

Requirements

• 5+ years in platform, infrastructure, or engineering-heavy role
• 2+ years dedicated Product Management experience
• Proven track record leading complex, cross-team technical initiatives
• Strong knowledge of distributed systems, APIs, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), and data platforms
• Familiarity with CI/CD, DevOps, and system reliability principles

Responsibilities

• Define and drive vision, strategy, and roadmap for core platform services
• Identify and champion opportunities to reduce technical debt and improve platform scalability
• Partner with engineering leaders to define architectural direction and platform standards
• Translate platform strategy into prioritized roadmaps and technical requirements
• Evaluate build vs. borrow vs. buy decisions and vendor integrations
