You'll lead a team building molecular biology tools for Benchling's AI platform. Your work will accelerate biotech R&D by creating intuitive software. You'll partner with customers to shape product strategy and roadmaps.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Recruit and develop a team of exceptional engineers.
• Partner with product and design on roadmap and strategy.
• Hold a high bar for product quality in team execution.
• Meet with customers to understand their science and needs.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years managing high-performing engineering teams.
• 5+ years as a software engineer and technical lead on multi-quarter projects.
• Experience managing customer-focused products.
• Experience managing geographically distributed teams.
