You'll build trusted customer relationships and drive product adoption across a defined book of business. Partnering with an Account Manager, you'll support renewals and growth while ensuring customers realize lasting value from 3E solutions.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Build trusted relationships with customer stakeholders across your assigned book of business.
  • Drive adoption and engagement across 3E solutions by helping customers use products effectively.
  • Execute customer success plans aligning product value to each customer’s goals.
  • Identify at-risk accounts early by monitoring product usage and engagement signals.

📋 Requirements

  • 2+ years of Customer Success or Account Management experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Experience in SaaS or technology environment.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with diverse customer stakeholders.
  • Ability to learn multiple products and become a generalist across a broad solution set.

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience supporting renewals, retention, or expansion in a recurring-revenue business.
  • Familiarity with customer success metrics such as NRR and usage trends.
  • Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce.
