🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and manage relationships with merchants to drive growth
• Analyze merchant performance data and develop growth strategies
• Identify and resolve merchants' pain points through high-impact projects
• Work with cross-functional teams to align business goals

📋 Requirements

• 12-20+ years of sales, business development, or account management experience
• 3+ years of people management experience
• Proven track record of exceeding sales or growth targets
• Strong communication and presentation skills in Japanese

• Fluent level English
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Tableau, SQL, or other BI/CRM tools
