💼 About This Role

You'll support the design of residential, commercial, and municipal land development projects using Civil 3D. You'll work alongside engineers and project managers to deliver construction documents from concept through completion. This role offers hands-on experience in a 100% employee-owned firm with mentorship opportunities.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design site layout, grading, drainage, and utilities
• Prepare construction documents and plans using Civil 3D
• Assist with site grading and stormwater design
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years in land development or civil site design
• Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D
• Understanding of grading, drainage, and utility design principles
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

✨ Nice to Have

• Bachelor's Degree or EIT certification
• Experience with local Utah municipalities or development standards
• Familiarity with hydrology and stormwater design tools
