You will lead and scale the engineering team from 10 to 20+ engineers, staying hands-on with architecture and development while managing people and processes. Collaborate with product and business teams to execute strategy and foster a high-performing culture.

Requirements

• 7+ years total engineering experience
• 5+ years in managerial or technical leadership role
• Experience as CTO, Eng Lead, or similar at company with $5M-$30M+ ARR
• Strong backend and infrastructure expertise with AWS, GCP, or Azure
• Degree in Computer Science or related field

• Mentor and develop engineers at all levels
• Shape engineering culture, tooling, and practices
