As vCluster Labs’ Staff Software Engineer, you will operate as a specialized technical leader and bridge rapid prototyping with architectural research. You'll shape the evolution of our Kubernetes virtualization platform while collaborating directly with the CTO.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Rapidly prototype and validate new product opportunities
• Provide technical leadership on complex projects
• Collaborate with CTO on strategic technical direction

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of deep Kubernetes and GoLang experience
• High autonomy and self-starting ability
• Experience beyond coding: project management and technical communication
• Rapid learning agility for new tools and architectures
