💼 About This Role

You'll act as a strategic business partner and change agent to align organizational talent with strategic priorities. You'll oversee full HR function including learning and development, compensation, employee relations, recruitment, and compliance. This role directly supports the President/CEO and Executive Leadership.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee administration and implementation of HR programs
• Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws
• Advise President/CEO and executive leadership on employee relations
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and organizational development initiatives

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field (master's preferred)
• SHRM/HRCI certified
• 10-15 years of progressive HR leadership including senior/executive roles

• Experience in long-term care, CCRC, hospital, or hospitality
• Master's degree in HR or related field
