💼 About This Role

You'll lead regional revenue strategy and external relations for iMentor in Chicago, building partnerships with funders and civic leaders to expand opportunity for young people. Your core impact will be driving $2–$3M in annual philanthropic revenue while activating the Regional Board as a fundraising engine. This role operates at the intersection of national strategy and local execution, offering the chance to shape a high-growth market.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Set and lead regional revenue strategy to secure $2–$3M in annual philanthropic funding
• Activate the Regional Board to drive fundraising, engagement, and network expansion
• Represent iMentor in Chicago, strengthening visibility through events and partnerships
• Build and steward relationships with government, civic, and education stakeholders

📋 Requirements

• 8–10+ years of experience in fundraising, partnerships, or external relations
• Proven success securing six- and seven-figure investments from corporate, foundation, or individual sources
• Experience engaging and activating boards or senior volunteer leaders
• Ability to translate enterprise strategy into locally relevant market strategies
