Description

You will provide hands-on support to Addepar's clients, resolving issues and ensuring they get the most value from the platform. You'll work with complex data sets, collaborate with Engineering and Product teams, and become an expert on all things Addepar.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics or equivalent
• Outstanding communication, organizational, and time-management skills
• Proficiency in mathematics
• 1+ years client-facing experience
• Passion for technology and finance

Responsibilities

• Identify, respond, and resolve client issues and questions
• Provide hands-on support to ensure client satisfaction
• Work in complex data sets to identify and resolve issues
• Isolate and escalate problems within Addepar
• Conduct root-cause analysis with Engineering and Data teams
