You'll analyze project plans and generate cost estimates for labor, materials, and subcontractors. You'll collaborate with internal teams and clients to create competitive bids. Your estimates will directly impact project success and profitability.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Attend pre-bid meetings to understand project requirements.
• Prepare RFIs to resolve bid document conflicts.
• Develop itemized cost estimates using Accubid and LiveCount.
• Coordinate with engineers on BIM layouts.

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of electrical construction estimating experience.
• Ability to read specifications and multiple trade drawings.
• Knowledge of Accubid Enterprise and LiveCount Plan Viewer.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Residential and commercial experience.
• Knowledge of building codes and electrical/plumbing/mechanical codes.
