💼 About This Role

You'll join Sophos to own partner plans for Japanese headquartered GSIs and MSSPs, driving pipeline and revenue through a global partner ecosystem. You'll recruit net new partners, build executive relationships, and execute joint GTM plans with consistency and accountability. This remote role reports to the Global Vice President, Channel MSP Sales.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own partner plan for Japanese headquartered GSIs and MSSPs.
• Recruit net new GSIs and MSSPs in Japan.
• Develop and execute joint GTM plans with selected partners.
• Drive day-to-day partner execution including pipeline and forecasting.
• Build and maintain senior relationships with partner leadership.

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in channel sales or partner management in cybersecurity.
• Proven ability to recruit, onboard, and activate partners with joint plans.
• Hands-on experience with GSIs, MSSPs, or MSPs in a revenue role.
• Fluent Japanese required; business-level English preferred.
