Description
You will partner with Sales and Marketing leaders to translate business strategy into org design, talent, and team effectiveness. You'll also serve as the regional HR leader for New York, owning employee relations and the day-to-day people experience.
Requirements
- 7+ years of HR experience, ideally in tech or SaaS
- Strong experience partnering with Sales and/or Marketing leadership
- Hands-on, pragmatic style with strong judgment and people skills
- Solid knowledge of U.S. employment law, especially New York
- Familiarity with HRIS and payroll systems (e.g., ADP)
Responsibilities
- Partner with Sales and Marketing leaders on org design, talent, and team effectiveness
- Serve as regional HR leader for NY teams, managing employee relations and office engagement
- Ensure compliance with U.S. employment laws
- Support payroll processing and benefits administration
- Maintain accurate employee records and support onboarding/offboarding
