You'll design intuitive workflows for a fintech platform serving capital markets. You'll own feature-level UX from discovery to delivery, collaborating with Product and Engineering teams. This role offers the chance to shape complex, data-heavy products used by top financial institutions.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Collaborate with PMs and Engineering to design and refine features
• Improve clarity, usability, and consistency of existing workflows
• Partner with PMs on discovery, research, and ideation
• Translate complex requirements and datasets into intuitive user flows

📋 Requirements

• 2–4 years of product/UX design experience
• Experience with complex products (B2B, SaaS, analytics, enterprise)
• Strong interaction design skills
• Proficient in Figma and design systems

• Experience collaborating with engineering
• Familiarity with capital markets or financial data
